We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He said he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big quantity of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have an additional woman as a similar factor had happened to her. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
